Think of our free plant diagnosis service as "telehealth for plants".
Here's what we need from you:
Answer a few questions about your plant's condition and care history, upload two photos that illustrate the symptoms, and within two to seven days we'll e-mail you with our recommendations for getting your plant back in shape!
1. Your contact information
Please provide your name, daytime phone number, and e-mail address, and let us know how you'd prefer we get in touch.
2. Your plant's condition when you brought it home
Did you grow it from seed, or purchase it as a nursery start? Was the plant healthy or perhaps a little "under the weather" when you purchased it? What steps did you take to transplant it to your garden?
3. Your typical plant care routine
How frequently and deeply do you water your plant? When was the last time it was repotted and/or fertilized? Do you routinely apply natural or chemical pesticides? If a bedding plant, what are its closest neighbors? How much sunlight does the plant receive each day?
4. Your troubleshooting steps so far
Please describe the problem, including when you first noticed symptoms. Have you attempted to correct the problem and, if so, what have you done?
5. Clear images that show the problem
Please take one or two well-lit photos of your plant's most obvious symptoms.
