Do you have a houseplant or garden plot that's not thriving as you'd expect?

Gardening in Rainy Weather

Hours of Operation

Yes, we are open!

Monday – Saturday 9:00 – 5:00
Sunday 10:00 – 5:00

Here are some of the things you can do to take advantage of all the rain coming this week:

  • Prune and feed roses.
  • Plant perennials, shrubs and trees.
  • Fertilize your lawns and your patio pots
  • Pull weeds before they set seed.
  • Till compost into vegetable beds.

If you want to start planting this week, you should be fine because the rain will not hurt. Some things you may want to hold off planting though are warm-season plants like tomatoes, peppers and squash.
