Country Fair Garden Center is a locally owned garden center serving gardening enthusiasts throughout the Denver area since 1954. Welby Gardens purchased the original Country Fair Garden Center on 2190 S. Colorado Blvd. in 1990, bring with it a long history of trail blazing in the bedding plant industry. Welby Gardens, now celebrating 60 years of growing Hardy Boy plants for the Colorado garden began its colorful history in 1948 growing vegetable starts. Through ground breaking innovation, pure hard work and a passionate dedicated family, Welby Gardens has grown to an astonishing one million square feet of wholesale bedding plant production. Hardy Boy bedding plants are now shipped throughout all 50 states, and Canada!

In the spring of 2004 adding to our line of fine garden centers we proudly opened Country Fair at Westwoods located in Arvada. Originally part of the adjoining Welby Gardens wholesale greenhouses; the beautifully remodeled store now encompasses a spacious 34,000 square feet. Both locations offer a great selection of: seasonal color, houseplants, annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, roses, seeds, bulbs, pottery, fountains, statuary, tools, fertilizers, soils and much more to ensure your gardening success.
